Why can’t I take screenshots from vidogram screen?

If you put password for your Vidogram, you must activate “Allow Screen Capture” option in “Passcode Lock” settings in “Vidogram Settings”. Read more

How can I make sure that vidogram is locked after I close the app?

There is two solution for this:
The first way is, When you want to exit vidogram, you just need to click on the lock button in the top bar in vidogram main page.

How can I forward a message to my hidden chats?

You can do this in two ways.
First way is to use “Advanced Forward” to forward the message. In the “Advanced Forward” page, hold on the search icon, then type your hidden chats password.
In the second way, in “Vidogram Settings” section in the app’s side bar, go to “Hide Chats Settings” where you can turn on the “Hidden Chats Tab in Advanced Forward” feature. Read more

How can I find out that my contacts profiles have changed?

What is “Live Stream” on Vidogram & How does it work?

“Live Stream” allows users to record their moments and share it with their contacts/groups/channels at the same time. This exclusive feature is similar to “Instagram Live”. To record Live Streaming, go to “Start Live” from the side bar. Read more

How should I inform members of group/channel to watch my live?

Whenever you start a live, a message will be sent to your selected contacts/groups/channels. Read more

Can I save my videoStream?

Yes, on default your live is going to be stored in your SD card automatically. Read more

Can my contacts see my videoStream after I finished streaming?

Yes, when you finish your live, you will be asked that if you want to save it or not. If you accept that, your video will be stored on the server so those of your contacts that didn’t reach your live, be able to watch it separately. Read more

How can I watch or delete my saved videoStreams from the server?

For this purpose, first go to “Saved Messages” from the sided bar. Then go to your profile page and click on the “Live Stream” in the middle of the page. Read more

How can I make a video call with vidogram?

Click on the video call icon on top of the chatroom and you will enter the calling page. Read more
